Network Accessories
The GlobalSIX copper cabling solution is an advanced and complete end-to-end solution catering for
both the UTP and STP markets. Solutions range from Category 3 Voice options to Category 5e and
Category 6 data options. GlobalSIX is a South African product line with local design, packaging and
assembly. Design considerations towards harsh local operating and installation conditions were key in
the development process. This included, fast, simple and reliable copper to module terminations, the
primary key in the success of any installation.
Modular Components
Modular design allows for termination of modules (keystones) before they are inserted
into the panel or outlet plate.
Network Installations
3 TIER is a leader in the design and deployment of networks and covers clientele in
the private sector, transport industry, mining industry, educational institutions,
carriers, and wireless providers. Our Network Installation Division is able to provide our
customers with complete turnkey design and deployment of Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP)
cabling needs including single-mode, multimode, and copper cabling to support Local Area Network (LAN)
and Wide Area Network (WAN) deployment. This includes design, material specifications, maintenance
services management for relocations and changes to ISP infrastructure.
Civil work and construction
3 TIER provide clients comprehensive solutions for fibre network deployments. A construction program
solution is uniquely designed by our project managers, who perform and manage the entire project cycle.
Pre-Planning - Analysis, capacity planning and deadlines.
Design - surveys, site plans. Logical diagrams of planned routes for trenching, fibre, ducting and equipment.
Logistics - Manage supply of project equipment, materials and network technology.
Permits - Acquire and manage project permits, site acquisitions through various municipalities and stakeholders on behalf of the client.
Construction - Supervision of compliance with the conditions of construction and management project controls.
Site Implementation -Underground or overhead cable installation and commissioning of equipment.
